Investigations and Litigation Support

Our investigative work covers internal and workplace misconduct, financial fraud, threats and stalking of public figures, and private client matters.

Greylock Security investigates matters that demand independence, speed, and discretion, for boards, companies, institutions, and individuals, in the United States and abroad. Our team has experience as prosecutors building cases from the ground up and as investigators retained by companies and counsel to find out what happened before someone else does. Our founder has spent nearly thirty years as both a Manhattan prosecutor, personally conducting hundreds of grand jury investigations, and later in the private sector directing internal investigations and security risk assessments for multinational corporations, law firms, and institutions across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East at a leading international investigations firm.

We take on matters that cross borders and legal systems, cases where an earlier investigation missed something, and cases that need a level of independence an organization cannot get from inside its own walls. We scope every engagement carefully, work efficiently, and give clients straight answers.

Our investigative work covers internal and workplace misconduct, financial fraud, threats and stalking involving public figures and private clients, missing persons, brand protection and counterfeiting, and matters involving educational and not-for-profit institutions. We also take on re-investigations of cases that fell short the first time, including suspicious deaths that law enforcement closed prematurely as inconclusive or natural causes, sometimes called “hidden homicides”. Our founder was recognized as Manhattan’s top arson and explosion prosecutor, and we conduct arson and insurance fraud investigations for carriers, property owners, and counsel.

Litigation Support

For litigation support, we work directly with law firms as part of the litigation team, not as an outside vendor handed a task list. That means locating and interviewing witnesses, developing the factual record behind a case, running down evidence a firm’s own resources cannot reach, and delivering findings that hold up under cross-examination.

We support litigation at every stage, from pre-filing fact development through trial preparation, and we work under counsel’s direction on matters that require the same discretion and independence as every investigation we run.
