Chris Ryan

Chris Ryan is the founder and CEO of Greylock Security and a board-certified Physical Security Professional. As the former Managing Director of Strategic Risk & Security for a premier international investigations firm, Chris served as the security advisor for international law firms, multinational corporations, cultural institutions, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. He has extensive experience conducting physical security risk assessments, executive protection and event security operations, and has personally conducted confidential internal investigations involving complex financial fraud, corruption, workplace misconduct, and public-figure stalking and harassment.

A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Chris is the former Chief of Violent Criminal Enterprises at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, where he specialized in multi-defendant homicide, interstate firearms and narcotics trafficking, and complex arson and explosion insurance fraud investigations. He has personally conducted hundreds of grand jury investigations and led law enforcement responses to critical incidents including high profile murders, bombings, and mass casualty events.

Chris is a regular contributor to national media outlets on issues of domestic and international crime and security, including CNN, ABC, NBC and FOX News, and has been quoted in the New York Times, Washington Post, and Los Angeles Times.
